Withdrawal period

In accordance with the legislation in force, according to the law 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to request the exchange or the refund of your order from our customer service under reason technical valid at the following address: info@autotech-turbo.com

Any return of goods can only be accepted for goods specific to a new marketing, accompanied by a copy of your order. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. The refund will take place after verification of all these elements, but in all cases, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded.
